Fuglesangs AS have been involved in the Offshore/ Oil & Gas market on the NCS from the very beginning. In 2013 the company was split into two business entities and FSubsea was established. This shows the Group's focus also on pumping solutions dor subsea use.

Fuglesangs AS have experienced a significant growth in this market in recent years, where our main focus has been pump-solutions, mechanical shaft-seals, cold repair of pipes and industrial lubricants.

We offer pump solutions and proven technology from several leading manufacturers according to all relevant standards. (NORSOK, ISO, API 610, API 674, API 675, API 676 and API 685). In cooperation with the pump manufacturers and Norwegian subcontractors, we provide complete solutions including: Base frames, instrumentation, assembly, testing, mechanical completion and documentation. We strive to delivering the right pump solution for the various applications, and have therefore associated manufacturers for most pump technologies. We can supply pump solutions for water injection, crude oil export, condensate, chemical dosing, cooling medium, open and closed drain systems and general process.

High and low capacities and high and low pressures. With regards to seal systems, we provide API 682 seals and barrier systems, as well as split seals and other sealing solutions for pumps, flanges and valves. With Kevlar tape in combination with advanced polymer, we can perform cold repair of pipes and structures above and below water.

We have durable solutions which meet the requirements given in ISO 24.817, and we have temporary solutions for sealing pipes for pressures up to 80 bar. Our lubricants, mounting paste and rust solver are used on most platforms in the North Sea.

We have and our partners have service technicians with offshore certificate in case you need our expertise.

Assembly

Testing

In our workshop at Alnabru, Oslo we have our own test facilities with a 250 m³ test-pit where it is possible to test pumps up to (400V-110kW, 400V-500 kW and 6,6 kV- 2 MW)

Mechanical Completion

Based on agreed Mechanical Completion Check Records we can perform Mechanical Completion according to our customers’ requirements. Mechanical completion activities can be logged in web-based MC - systems as e.g., Procosys (Equinor) or equal.

Commissioning & Start-Up

Our skilled service engineers are ready to assist during commissioning and start up. And we have field service engineers with offshore certificate.
